🖤 Where was your original melanoma first found?

👉 Melanoma isn’t limited to sun-exposed skin. Melanoma can appear anywhere on the body—not just on areas that get a lot of sun. For some, it was on an arm or leg. For others, it was hidden on the scalp, back, under a nail, on the bottom of a foot, or even in places they never thought to check.

👉 By sharing your story, you may remind someone else to check an area they’ve been overlooking. Sometimes, one comment is all it takes to help save a life. 🖤

Not all skin cancers look suspicious.

Only 20–30% of melanomas arise from existing moles. The rest? They pop up on skin that looks totally normal. Regular checks can save your life.

Jy weet nie hoe dit is om teen die stryd gestry te het, of 'n geliefde te hê wat veg of kanker het nie. 💛💗 Doen my 'n klein guns - ek weet net 'n paar van julle sal dit doen.
