🌸Every single person who you walk past on the street, who you see at a school meeting, who you stand next to in a shop, who you see enjoying a meal in a restaurant, who you speak to from a call centre, who you drive past on the road, who you see enjoying a BBQ with friends..... is all experiencing some form of stress in their life...
You cannot escape it completely because this would mean that life isn't happening... this would mean that you are not alive!
Maybe you have lost a loved one,
Maybe you are experiencing financial stress,
Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed because there is just too much to get to in a day,
Maybe you feel you are not living out your purpose,
Maybe you feel that you are not noticed,
