For years, creatine was seen as a supplement mainly for men and athletes, but research shows it can offer some impressive benefits for women too.

I personally focus on strength training and maintaining muscle as I get older and take USN SA - Ultimate Sports Nutrition creatine daily. It is one of the most researched supplements available. It may help support muscle strength, exercise performance, recovery and healthy aging.

One thing many women don't realize is that maintaining muscle becomes increasingly important as we age, especially during perimenopause and menopause.

As always, supplements should complement a balanced diet, regular exercise and healthy lifestyle habits.

📖 My ebook for women over 40 launches on 1 September and will be packed with practical fitness, nutrition and wellness tips to help you feel your best.

If counting calories feels overwhelming, here's what has worked for me...
I focus on filling my plate with nutrient-dense whole foods like lean protein, fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and complex carbs. The more whole foods I eat, the less room there is for processed foods, sugary snacks, and empty calories.
No food is completely off-limits, but limiting highly processed foods and added sugars has made a huge difference to my energy levels, cravings, and weight management.
Simple habits done consistently can be far more effective than obsessing over every calorie.

📖 My ebook for women over 40 launches on 1 September and is packed with practical nutrition, fitness, and wellness tips to help you achieve sustainable results.

💬 Do you currently count calories, or do you prefer focusing on eating more whole foods?

They say an apple a day keeps the doctor away... and while it's not magic, apples are one of the easiest healthy habits you can add to your day. 🍎

They're packed with fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants that support overall health, help keep you satisfied between meals, and make a great alternative to processed snacks.

The best part? You don't need a perfect diet to make progress. Small, consistent choices add up over time.

Do you eat apples regularly? What's your favourite way to enjoy them? Let me know in the comments! ⬇️

Every day is a fresh opportunity to begin again.

Yesterday's mistakes, missed workouts, setbacks, or challenges don't define today. You get a new chance to make healthier choices, take one more step toward your goals, and become a little stronger than you were before.

Don't focus on being perfect. Focus on showing up. Small actions, repeated consistently, create incredible results over time.

What is one thing you're doing today to move closer to your goals? 💛

Cellulite is completely normal, and most women have it to some degree. That said, I've personally noticed an improvement in the appearance of mine through consistent weight training, staying active, and using castor oil as part of my self-care routine.

There are no quick fixes—just small habits done consistently over time. For me, building muscle and taking care of my skin has made a real difference.

My ebook launches on 1 September and will be filled with practical fitness, nutrition, and wellness tips for women over 40. Drop a ❤️ if you'd like to know when it's available!

You don't need to change everything overnight.

Start with one healthy habit.

One workout. 💪
One glass of water instead of a cooldrink. 💧
One healthy meal. 🥗
One walk around the block. 🚶‍♀️
One earlier bedtime. 😴

Small choices may seem insignificant in the moment, but they add up over time. The healthiest people aren't perfect—they simply keep showing up and making better choices more often than not.

Stop focusing on how far you have to go and focus on the next healthy choice you can make today. Progress is built one habit at a time.

And if you're a woman over 40 looking for practical guidance on fitness, nutrition, and navigating perimenopause or menopause, my ebook launches on 1 September and is designed to help you build sustainable habits that support your health, energy, and weight-loss goals.

I'd love to know: What's ONE healthy habit you're currently working on or want to start this week? Let me know in the comments! 👇

There’s just something about getting outside in nature that resets my mind and fills my soul. 🌿

The fresh air, the sunshine, the sounds of birds, the ocean and the simple reminder that life doesn't always have to be rushed. Whenever I spend time outdoors, I come back feeling calmer, clearer, and more grateful for the little things.

Nature has a way of putting things into perspective and reminding us to slow down, breathe deeply, and appreciate the moment we're in.

Do you have a favourite place in nature that helps you recharge? Tell me in the comments—I’d love to hear where you go to find your peace. 💚

So many people quit because they can't be perfect. The truth? Progress has never required perfection.

Some days you'll smash your workout, hit your step goal, and make great food choices. Other days life will happen, plans will change, and things won't go exactly as expected. That's normal.

The goal isn't perfection—it's consistency. It's showing up more often than not, making the best choices you can, and finding a balance that you can maintain for the long term.

Small efforts repeated consistently will always beat short bursts of perfection.

Keep going. Stay balanced. Stay consistent. Trust the process. 💪✨

Instagram chose the song, I chose the black-and-white photo. 🖤🤍

Funny thing is, fitness is a lot like this picture. Most people think it's black and white—eat this, don't eat that, work out every day, never miss a session. But real life happens in the grey areas.

Fitness isn't about being perfect. It's about showing up consistently, even when life isn't picture-perfect.

Now it's your turn! Post a photo, let Instagram choose your song, and see what it comes up with. 🎵✨ Then come back and tell me what song you got—and whether it was a perfect match or a complete surprise! Drop a 🎶 in the comments if you're going to give it a try.

The truth is, results don't come from what you do once in a while. They come from what you do consistently.

Every glass of water, every workout, every page read, and every step taken may seem small on its own, but those small actions add up over time.

Don't focus on being perfect this June. Focus on showing up, even on the days you don't feel motivated.

Small habits. Daily discipline. Big results.

How are you doing with your June Challenge so far? Let me know in the comments! 👇
