This is my last day… being in my 30s.
I feel I am loosing something, but can’t quite yet understand what it is.
Time ? Youth ?
…. More like …. Shedding another layer of my invisible skin …
Wisdom, experience can’t be seen but lived.
I feel more alive today than ever before!! I am so proud to be a woman. To be who I am becoming. Yes I am still in that leaning process. But oh wow I am loving it ! And I LOVE all my people who made me … me 💜💕💗 … family, friends …. I could have never thought of having better souls by my side. freedohm

🤍 For the last couple of weeks, I started a morning ritual, without noticing it.
Early mornings, I go down to the beach to write in my journal, words of love, towards myself.

And then, to alchemise all that I feel, all that moves through me, I go for an immersion swim in the cold water of Cape Town.

Each time I feel the same. Alive & on a High.

It made me realise that this is my best practice to ground myself (I usually don’t like feeling grounded - haha typical piscean).

♾ I awaken to my spiritual being through my own humanness ♾

We are One.

If I manage to teach you anything, I hope it is to guide you to your own unique power as the creator of your own life.

My wish is to show you what courage feels like and to show unwavering devotion to humanness, what it looks like to choose Love over fear and how to follow your heart.

I will continue to make mistakes, to stumble upon things and to course correct my path as a woman and as a mother. But I want to remain committed to show you what is possible to make of this world, when we refuse the narrative that keeps us small and takes our power of being a Goddess away.

Here is to laughing though tears, finding joy in discomfort, sourcing wisdom through suffering and opening to love after loss and heartbreaks.

The best thing that you can do is trust yourself. Trust yourself that you can love deeply and without any regrets. Trust yourself that your love will act like the anchor that will prevent your relationship from floating away. This is not easy, but ultimately when you trust yourself, you trust whatever comes.
