The World Endodontic Congress is held every three years in different locations. These Congresses attract a large attendance of dentists and endodontists from all parts of the world to hear a wide range of lecturers speaking on many topics of interest to the modern-day practice of endodontics. This meeting will mark the first time we will be joining together on the African continent. The 10th World

Endodontic Congress promises to be an exciting and memorable event planned by a talented and enthusiastic group of endodontists led by Professor Peet van der Vyver, President of Nomads, The Society of Endodontics & Aesthetic Dentistry of South Africa. Besides an all-star international array of some of the best endodontic speakers in the world, they are arranging to have new speakers from all member countries to add to the interchange of ideas, research and techniques in our specialty. The combined efforts and talents of the best and brightest minds in Endodontics in the world will be brought together to turn this event into a major educational platform. An exciting, diverse Scientific Programme is being designed to showcase cutting-edge techniques, technology and know-how in the field of Endodontics in the 21st century. International researchers will interact with clinicians to provide a continuum of excellence and innovation. Key opinion leaders, academics and clinicians will provide a forum for the advancement of Endodontics and its related products.

We are wrapping up a wonderful congress. Final count is 55 countries represented in Cape Town.
