We are currently facilitating Session 4 in our Parent Effectiveness Training groups. This session focuses on the three essential types of time: activity time for shared family experiences, alone time for parents to recharge, and one-on-one time with each child to nurture individual relationships. By prioritizing these different types of time, parents can meet their children's emotional needs. A highlight was having lunch with my 17-year-old on Friday, which was delightful.
