You can eat the cleanest diet on the internet and still be underfuelled.
This is the part nobody talks about. We obsess over what’s on the plate (organic, whole, unprocessed) and completely ignore whether there’s enough of it. Quality without quantity can still leave you running in too big a deficit. 🫢
I see it constantly. Women eating beautiful, “textbook” food, training hard, and wondering why their energy is gone, their recovery is slow, and their cycle is irregular. The food isn’t the problem. The amount is.👀
Your body doesn’t grade you on how clean the meal looked. It responds to whether it got enough fuel to do everything you’re asking of it…train, recover, regulate hormones, function.🏃🏻♀️
