For so much of my life, I carried the belief that everything valuable had to be earned. That love required proving. That abundance required struggle. That blessings arrived only after enough effort, sacrifice, or perseverance. It was a quiet contract I made with the world: if I worked hard enough, perhaps I would be worthy of receiving.

But healing has shown me another truth. The sun does not ask the flowers to earn its warmth. Love does not become more sacred because it was difficult to obtain. And sometimes miracles arrive with the gentleness of a feather, not the weight of a mountain.

Some of the most beautiful things in life come not because we have laboured for them, but because they are part of our inheritance as human beings. We are loved. We are supported. We are worthy of receiving.

This week, I invite you into the same experiment I am living: allow something beautiful, unexpected, and unearned to arrive. Let a miracle find you without having to justify its presence.

Some souls naturally orient toward what exists beneath the surface. The subtle currents. The spaces between words. The dreamscape beneath ordinary reality.

I see dragons as far more than mythical creatures. In the spiritual sense, dragons are ancient energy beings connected to Gaia, the living consciousness and life force of Earth.

They are often seen as guardians of portals, sacred energy points, and ley lines, which are believed to be energetic pathways flowing throughout the planet. Their role is to hold, protect, and help maintain the balance of these powerful currents of energy.

To me, dragons are part of Earth’s primal life force itself. They are deeply woven into the energetic fabric of creation and act as guardians of wisdom, remembrance, and transformation.

Rather than guarding treasure in the traditional sense, they hold deeper treasures of consciousness and ancient knowing. Dragon energy feels like an intelligent force that helps us reconnect with the living pulse of Gaia and remember that everything is connected. 🐉✨🌍

It’s been an interesting week of slowing down. 🌧️

From my car being out of commission while it’s repaired, to having a child home sick with the flu making its rounds, and the intense storm that swept through the Western Cape, life seemed to press pause in unexpected ways.

We were very fortunate to have little damage ourselves, and my heart truly goes out to all the people, families, and animals affected by the storm. Some people have lost roofs, homes, safety, and stability this week. It’s a reminder to hold a little extra compassion right now. To say a prayer, light a candle, lend support where we can, and remember our shared humanity.

Although I haven’t been doing in-person sessions due to the roads and weather, I’ve continued working remotely through psychic readings, healing sessions, and mentoring spaces that have felt deeply connected and meaningful.

This Mother’s Day, I also held a beautiful Rose Heart Activation transmission centred around nourishment, Divine Mother frequencies, and the sacred feminine. It was a deeply nurturing and heartfelt experience. 🌹

I’m also incredibly grateful that my one-on-one mentoring spaces are nearly at full capacity, and I’m looking forward to beginning Reiki Masters and the Munay-Ki initiations with new students soon.

This week has reminded me how quickly life can change our plans and pull us back into what is real.

Warmth. Presence. Connection. Care.

Sometimes there is wisdom in allowing ourselves to slow down for a moment, gather close to the people we love, and appreciate the quiet things we so easily rush past.
