My first healing client of the day... 🤣💖 The session went well, but Pixie is not understanding that I have another in-person healing booked soon. She is soaking in all the crystal vibes, long past her allocated healing session. 🤣🤣🤣
We are negotiating, she may have to assist in the next one, if she wants to continue to be in the sanctuary 🙂

✨ Today's Oracle Message | The Mirror of Reflection ✨

Be mindful of what you project onto others.

The qualities you admire in another are often reflections of qualities you also possess. Equally, the qualities that irritate or trigger you may invite you to explore something within yourself.

But here's where discernment becomes important. 🌿

Not every trigger is a wound that needs healing.

Some triggers reveal limiting beliefs, old conditioning and opportunities for self-growth. Others are your inner wisdom alerting you to crossed boundaries, unhealthy behaviour or something that simply doesn't align with you.

The invitation is to develop the wisdom to know the difference.

Sometimes the mirror asks us to look within. Other times, it asks us to honour ourselves and step away.

Both can be profound acts of self-awareness. 💜

🪄🖤 KNOT MAGIC | The Art of Releasing

A little ancient-inspired cord magic for you! ✨

Knot magic is a form of symbolic spellwork where we use knots to hold an intention and untie them to represent release.

Today, I'm working with scarcity consciousness, releasing old beliefs around lack and opening myself to abundance.

✨ Try it yourself!

🧵 Choose a natural cotton cord or string.

🪢 Tie 3 or 9 knots, each representing an emotion, belief or pattern you're ready to release.

🧂 Place your cord in a bowl of salt, traditionally used for cleansing and protection.

🛡️ Before beginning, ground yourself, visualise a protective sphere of light around you and set the intention that this work is for your highest good.

🌙 Over 3 or 9 days, untie one knot each day. Acknowledge what it represents, breathe into the feeling and consciously release it.

As you untie each knot, say:

"I acknowledge what has been held. I release what no longer serves me. I welcome new possibilities."

✨ A few magical tips:

• Keep your knots loose enough to untie comfortably.

• Allow emotions to arise naturally without forcing them.

• Keep your cord somewhere safe between sessions, away from children, pets and open flames.

• Once complete, dispose of the salt responsibly and keep or respectfully discard the cord.

Remember, the magic is also in your awareness, intention and the choices you make afterwards. 💜
