We are going to start recruiting individuals with less than one year's experience and therefore, would otherwise not be able to join our HGC team.
They must meet our HGC standards, values and must pass our full recruitment process.
These carers will receive the same high-quality training and onboarding as all other HGC carers that would come though our normal recruitment funnel.

Why they will get the same level of support from our clinical and out of our team so they are supported 24/7.

Carer requirements:
Must complete our full interview, vetting and onboarding process
Will attend in-office induction (max 5 per group) before deployment
Must remain with us for 12 months, completing at least 4 months of live-in care work to qualify for progression
HGC decides when the carer becomes professional.
You must have the right to work in the Uk ,a British passport or an ancestral visa etc.
