Three days at the World Nutrition Summit👉I came home with a full notebook 📔and a fuller heart. 💕
I expected a debate about the perfect diet. What I found was a room full of respect.

Fertility doctors, women’s health practitioners, clinicians reversing diabetes, people working in mental health. Different roads, the same foundations.

Metabolic health isn’t one plate. It’s a spectrum. Your job is to find out where you sit on it, and eat for the body you have right now.

Thank you to Prof Tim Noakes, Dr Robert Kiltz, Maria Emmerich and Dr Daphne Lyell for the work that stayed with me. And to The Noakes Foundation and Nutrition Network for building the room.

Swipe through for my takeaways. The full story is on the blog, link in bio.🔗

Where do you think you sit on the spectrum? Tell me below.👇
