“I am worthy of taking a pause, nourishing my body and honouring my mom in my own journey . In her ritual of morning tea… drinking a cup of rooibos tea… a calorie free and sugar—free option…she professed that what you drink or eat today is what you become tomorrow.
Give yourself permission to slow down today. You don’t always have to be hustling, striving or fixing.
Sometimes the most powerful act of self-care is simply standing in your space, breathing deeply and doing something kind for yourself - just because you deserve it!
