10 women who showed up for themselves. Who lay down, let go and allowed something bigger than their to-do list to hold them for a while.

Crystal quartz sound healing and Reiki with the gifted .za two modalities that meet your nervous system exactly where it is and gently, persistently invite it to soften.

This is what we do here.

We don't push. We don't perform. We just create the conditions for you to remember what it feels like to be at peace in your own body.

I’m hosting a Holiday Creative Calm Club for children aged 6–10 at Mesaw Studio in Wierda Park, Centurion.

A gentle, cozy morning where they can:
🌿 create with nature
🎨 explore art freely
🫖 enjoy a calm, screen-free space

I’ve been having a lot of conversations lately with women who are feeling overwhelmed, holding a lot, and just… tired.

Not just physically — but mentally and emotionally too.

That’s actually why I started offering private 1:1 Meditative Sound Journey sessions from my home studio. It’s a quiet, safe space where you can fully switch off, lie down, and just be held in sound.

No pressure. No expectations. Just deep rest.

Soft hearts. Warm cups. Quiet courage.

On Saturday, we gathered for our first Creative Cacao Ceremony at Mesaw Studio.

No big promises.
No dramatic expectations.
Just warm cacao, soft pastels, and a room willing to slow down.

There's something powerful about choosing presence on purpose.

We spoke about cacao in a simple way, not something mystical or dramatic... but as a gentle support.

And then the real shifts happened in the quiet.

In colour moving across paper.
In bowls vibrating through the resting bodies on the floor.
In the silence after the last note faded.

What I witnessed most was courage.

The courage to sit with yourself.
To create within needing it to be good.
To feel without needing to fix.

Thank you to the souls who trusted the space.
That you to the cacao.
Thank you to for believing is this.
And thank you to this little studio that keeps expanding in the most beautiful ways.

So many women tell me their worlds feel smaller than they used to. Less spontaneous coffee dates. Fewer deep conversations. More time doing everything for everyone else.

The Creative Club was born from that feeling.

It’s a simple evening at my studio in Wierda Park where women gather to create, connect, or just sit in peaceful company. No pressure to be artistic. No awkward icebreakers. Just a warm, safe space.

On Sunday Dhiya .za and myself held space and created the energy for deep rest and healing for few beautiful souls.

Through the magical vibrations of our crystal quartz bowls, our new zaphir bells, a guided meditation and the light of Reiki we were able to create a shift in energies.

The studio was vibing in some extra ordinary energy ✨️

So grateful to do this work and to see more and more humans actively choose to rest and slow down.
