🦠 Could gut health influence inflammation?

A 2026 systematic review and meta-analysis examined 12 randomised controlled trials involving 703 patients with autoimmune diseases.

Probiotic, synbiotic or prebiotic supplementation was associated with reductions in several inflammatory markers, including IL-6, TNF-α and hs-CRP.
