What You'll Be Doing
Designing high-quality marketing materials including:
- Adverts
- Brochures
- Catalogues
- Signage
- Presentations
- Promotional materials
- Developing creative concepts for campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Preparing artwork for both print and digital production
- Maintaining brand consistency across all visual communications

- Manage and grow social media platforms and website content

A well-established FMCG manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Foreman with a strong Fitter background and proven people management experience to join their team.

This role is suited to a hands-on individual who is passionate about maintenance operations, team leadership, preventative maintenance, and ensuring machinery uptime within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Minimum Requirements:
- Trade Tested Fitter preferred
- Strong maintenance experience within an FMCG / manufacturing environment
- Previous Maintenance Foreman or Supervisory experience
- Proven people management and leadership ability
- Experience with preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and mechanical maintenance skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a production-driven environment
- Knowledge of health & safety standards within manufacturing

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Managing the maintenance team and daily maintenance activities
- Ensuring minimal downtime on production machinery
- Preventative and reactive maintenance planning
- Fault finding and repairs on manufacturing equipment
- Managing maintenance schedules and job cards
- Ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance procedures
- Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing contractors and maintenance stores when required
