We often have clients, like Maryka that contact us, with saying that they workout for up to an hour every day and cannot lose weight. Most likely, the cause other than hormonal or chronic disease is diet related. You cannot out train bad eating habits however, you can lose up to 80% of your weigh that you need to lose, with light excercise and doing our Naturally For You Eating plan on your specific body composition and endocrine blood work.
