Day 1 at WHX Johannesburg 2026 🌍🧬
Excited to be at the World Health Expo, connecting with people across healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory science and innovation.
After more than 20 years working across molecular biology, genetics, diagnostics and scientific training, it’s great to be back in a space where conversations can turn into collaborations and real-world impact.
I’m here representing Helpful Scientist — exploring new partnerships, reconnecting with colleagues, learning what the sector needs, and sharing how we can support laboratories, healthcare organisations and communities through scientific expertise, training, education and health initiatives.
Looking forward to the conversations ahead.

PMB, WE DID IT! ❤️🥹

Today, around 400 community members came together for our Community Health & Wellness Outreach Day — a day of education, prevention, screening, support and community.

🎀 PinkDrive: 94 breast examinations, 5 referrals, 4 male breast examinations & 24 PSA screenings.

🩺 Mediskills Academy: 320 blood pressure & glucose screenings.

We also shared awareness around HIV/AIDS(Hope For The Future), disability(Shoba-Inspirers), hearing health(Fathima Badat Audiology) and gut health(Helpful Scientist) , while enjoying a beautiful Durban breyani, fruit and juice together. 🍛🍊❤️

A HUGE thank you to all our partners, volunteers, sponsors, H.S. Ebrahim School, service providers and every community member who showed up and made today possible. ❤️

We came together. We learned. We cared. We made an impact.
