This week’s dinner plan is ready, and I’ve included the full shopping list too, because honestly, deciding what to cook every night is half the battle.

Every time I talk about , my DMs go wild.

I’ll be honest… when Lancewood first launched this Fat Free Greek Style Yoghurt, I was sceptical. 👀

But now that I understand the protein ratio and how to compare protein vs calories, I actually think this is a really solid option for those of us trying to prioritise protein while staying in a calorie deficit.

Low calorie, decent protein, affordable and easy to find? We love a realistic option that doesn’t require taking out a second bond to hit protein goals. 😂
