A week ago, we were on our way back from one of the most exciting events in Africa.

The feeling experienced by this trip can not be explained. You need to experience it for yourself. All we can say is "Our lives will never ever be the same anymore". Something shifted inside of us. And I am sure something shifted inside of every single person who was in that room.

We experienced a lot of things for the first time on this trip. But the biggest and most important first, is us being recognized on the best stage in Africa. This experience and opportunity is really changing our lives, our mindsets, the way we move and the way we think.

Besides the rewards, we are truly grateful and honoured to bring change into people's lives and serving people to transform their lifestyles. This is what keeps us going, this is what motivates us to become the best wellness coaches we can be.
