This side-series flow targets the inner and outer thighs while challenging hip mobility, pelvic stability, core engagement, and overall muscle control. Slow, controlled movement is where the real work happens.

1️⃣Clam
2️⃣Lifted clam
3️⃣Lifted clam - point & flex
4️⃣Clam rainbow
5️⃣Straight upper leg lift
6️⃣Leg extension to shoulder
7️⃣Full straight leg lift - extend / frog
8️⃣Full side pike

8–10 reps each
Complete all on one side, then switch.
Repeat x3 rounds 🔥

This sequence is a reminder that effective movement is about so much more than just “working abs.” Exercises like these challenge your core stability, shoulder strength, mobility, posture, balance, and overall body control all at once.

Try adding these into your routine:

▪️ Inchworm (forward & backwards) – 8 - 10 reps
▪️ Bear / Hover Tabletop to Downward Face Dog – 10–12 reps
▪️ Plank to Downward Face Dog – 10–12 reps
▪️ Bear Twist – 6 - 8 reps per side
▪️ Bear Twist Reach – 6 - 8 reps per side

Complete 2–3 rounds with controlled movement and minimal rest.

The goal isn’t speed — it’s control, connection, and quality movement. Slow it down, engage properly, and you’ll feel the difference very quickly 🔥
