Hi, I’m Bea.
A wife. A mom. A businesswoman. A dreamer. A doer. And the woman behind Beautiful by Bea.
This Women’s Month, I thought I’d reintroduce myself. Not just as the founder of a business, but as the woman who has grown alongside it.
Beautiful by Bea started with my love for beauty, but over the years my passion has evolved into something much bigger: people, wellness and creating spaces where others can become the best version of themselves.
I’m passionate about the connection between how we nourish ourselves, think, move, rest, work and care for ourselves. Because wellness isn't something we do for an hour at the spa. It’s how we live.
I’m also incredibly passionate about women in the workplace.
About giving women opportunities. Teaching skills. Building confidence. Mentoring. Creating jobs. Watching someone walk through our doors unsure of herself and, with time, seeing her realise what she is capable of.
Because I’ve learnt that success isn't only measured by how far you go.
It’s also measured by how many people you create space for along the way.
I certainly don't have it all figured out. I’m still learning how to balance being a present mom and wife, leading a team, growing a business, chasing big ideas...🤯 and remembering to look after Bea somewhere amongst all of that.
Perhaps that is what being a woman is.
Soft AND strong.
Nurturing AND ambitious.
A work in progress AND incredibly powerful.
This Women’s Month, I celebrate the women building businesses, raising children, developing careers, starting over, healing, learning, leading and quietly showing up every single day.
Beautiful by Bea is my little contribution to that story and I’m incredibly proud of the women (and men) who have helped build it alongside me. 🤍
