ela has gotten older she has realised that you need to be more in tune with your body and cross training is so important. As a result Angela decided to follow her passion and embark on her own health and wellness journey. Angela is a qualified Lyno Practioner, Basi Pilates Mat Instructor, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Online Coach and Sports Nutrition Coach and Bounti Rebounding Instructor. There are a few other courses in the pipeline. Angela would love to help you in your wellness journey.

Bookings can be made through the Octiv and Vitality Apps or contact Ang for a drop in booking.
