RESPONSIBILITIES:
โ€ข Must have strong product knowledge, especially in vitamins, supplements and wellness products.
โ€ข Assist customers in selecting suitable products according to their needs.
โ€ข Maintain neat, well-stocked and correctly displayed shelves.
โ€ข Process sales and assist with stock control.
โ€ข Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming front shop.
โ€ข Communicating and upselling products.
โ€ข Taking telephonic orders from customers.
โ€ข Provide professional customer service by assisting and advising customers in the shop on their purchases, including upselling and cross selling, e.g., stock on promotion, script saver products, suggest vitamins and tissues to customers with colds and flu, airtime, etc.
โ€ข Handling front shop orders

REQUIREMENTS:
โ€ข Matric (Grade 12)
โ€ข Computer literate
โ€ข Retail Pharmacy Experience

โ€ข Capture any credits received and reconcile with invoices.
โ€ข Create new stock codes, bin products, and maintain bins.
โ€ข Reconcile invoices and statements against all purchases made.
โ€ข Receipt IBTโ€™s and clear daily.
โ€ข Print daily GP% reports and highlight any irregularities to the Pharmacy Manager.
โ€ข Print daily negative stock reports and correct stock problems.
โ€ข Print monthly the four-month dormant stock report and hand to the Pharmacy Manager for action.
โ€ข Assist the front shop team when needed.
โ€ข Processing customer purchases or account payments at the point of sale.
