Monday Motivation: Why we need to brush and floss properly 🤷🏼♀️

Not brushing and flossing efficiently allows for the following:
- build up of plaque and eventual calculus formation
- plaque contributes to tooth decay
- plaque and calculus leads to irritation of the gums and bad breath
- long standing plaque and calculus leads to gum disease
- gum/periodontal disease can affect your general health or worsen chronic conditions (for example: diabetes)
