Call me a naïve optimist, but I genuinely believe that there is a cure for everything. I believe there is a positive to counter anything negative in existence, and that every problem has a solution. This is because nature operates on the basis of balance and harmony. This is not only Cosmic Law, but Science. Newton’s Third Law of Motion states that "for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction", and this supports the concept of duality. It's the Universal Principle of Divine Balance ⚖️

Meanwhile you are drowning in self-pity, thinking that all hope is lost when you look at your life because your problems seem bigger than you. They're not. Solutions are all around you, you just need to open yourself up enough to perceive them. The universe is your biggest supporter, you just need to trust yourself enough to support yourself.

The dichotomy of "ukuxhentsa", is that it has nothing to do with ukuthwasa but also has a lot to do with ukuthwasa. It is not only a way to root one's self in connection with Mother Nature, but it is also a form of moving energy and ensuring acurate and consistent energy flow within and around the body's energy centres. This is not limited to dance, but any form of conscious body movement infact.

The primary wound behind Narcissism is "victimhood". Infact, victimhood is the primary wound behind any form of oppression really. It hides itself right there at your Root Chakra, just underneath your Sacral. Once all the energy centres in your body are cleared, we are left with this. A very stubborn trauma to remove because it is buried right there at the root, but it's not impossible however.

I believe a majority of the inequalities we're facing today are a direct result of avoiding shadow work. We think we can somehow spiritually bypass by living in "love and light", when infact this does more harm than good. For instance, if the white population collectively decided to do their shadow work, we would most likely eradicate racism as a system. If men collectively decided to do their shadow work, misogyny would be a thing of the past. A lot of the problems we have would cease to exist. Because power is not the core issue here, perceived inferiority is.

The need to exert power over another stems from unaddressed feelings of insecurity/inadequacy. We live in a wounded society that prioritises control over others, as opposed to complete control over one's Self. When majority of the population begins to do the internal work, we begin to unpack and readdress the core issues, and this is when the REAL work begins. We begin to address societal and social issues from a place of fullness as opposed to woundedness. We begin to dismantle systems which have been in existence for centuries and millennia, because focused rehabilitation is at the centre of it all. And only then can we work towards building a foundation for a strong society. However until such a time, there's really no other way forward.

Last year was rough but patient. The year-long death phase was similar to someone being sick for a while and realising that they’re gonna die, and having a chance to say their goodbyes and sort out their affairs. It’s not nice but it’s gracious.

This year, if anyone is late for their death-phase, it will be similar to a car crash or something violent and quick like that.

When an old you needs to die and you fight to keep it alive, someone who loves you will kill that you violently. Otherwise you will walk around with a new you that is decaying while new.

There are the typical phases
Baby, child, teen, young adult, adult etc.

Then there are the cosmic phases similar to seasons where Winter is the death-phase of the year. There are years that are death phases of that cycle. Last year was a death phase.
This year is a birth phase. Anyone late on their death-phase will either move forward into their birth-phase with decay, or you’ll be forced. Forced is never nice.

That relationship? That house? That job? Those clothes? It will feel like you’re being asked to go to hell barefoot whenever you have to go there. You will want to scream! The problems will be small but mighty! Tiny issue, massive results. You will realise that it’s chai now, whether you like it or not. And if you try to ignore this it will be ripped from you.

Start accepting now that it’s over. Apply for a new job. Look at starting a business. Press record and say “Hi guys welcome to my YouTube channel”.

At some point we’re gonna have to stop calling entities by association. This is a terrible plan because it blocks the entity from functioning in a fuller way because we are cornering it by calling what we last associated it with.

An example. Let’s say Beyonce is also a high school geography teacher and is excellent at it, but hasn’t done it in a while. She decides to go back to teaching. If she gets to the school and the school presents her as Beyonce Knowles of Destiny’s Child, the superstar, the children won’t be able to move past that. They will celebrate the performer and constantly ask her to sing and dance and “Teacher can you make me a star as well” they will not care about the geography. In fact they will praise her teaching because they are fans and want to say nice things, not because they genuinely acknowledge that she’s an amazing teacher.
So now she has been boxed and can’t truly show how great of a teacher she is, and bring some changes to the teaching space to help it become better because people only see “To the left to the left”.

Now wena this entity was encountered by amaNdawu because they would be travelling through tough spaces and would show their tenacity, and the entity would then show itself to the person to walk with them. Now you are calling it the spirit of Ndawu and you are approaching it using Ndawu cultural practices for absolutely no reason. It was never tied to any culture!

In fact the reason why it shows you the lotus (njeti) is because it’s saying “I saw you fighting for your life through the mud and you made it out through situations that would’ve killed others. I like your strength. I want to water you and feed you and see you grow and blossom” qha🤷🏾‍♀️
