My guides have always hated blood work 😂 I remember a time when uGogo was assisting me with umsebenzi at the ocean, and the week leading up to it she looked all over town for a chicken to slaughter and couldn't find one. On the morning of the ritual, she eventually gave up and ended up telling me the news about the struggle to find a chicken. It wasn't until I told her about my guides not being fans of slaughtering that she understood the reason behind this, and I've never slaughtered since.

The thing about choosing to refrain from blood work and slaughtering however, is that performing rituals takes an immense toll on the healer's body. Because you are basically signalling to the universe that you will be using your own vessel and life force to carry the alchemical process and transmute the energy.

Sana you'll be in bed for an entire week recovering afterwards, because every ounce of strength has left your body. It takes immense pressure and stress, but even still, I wouldn't have it any other way.

Spiritual courses are selling like hotcakes, while people ignoring the spiritual protocols and hygiene required. I came across a story recently about a Reiki Practitioner who had been performing healing on their clients while carrying a negative entity attachment.

This person was opening people's chakras and unknowingly passing this entity on to their clients. It's basically like having isilwane and then going to sleep with 50 other people to whom it will also have energetic access to. It will obviously not leave you as the source, it'll just have a wider network of people from which it feeds on. So yes, this was the case in this scenario.

I watched this movie once a few years ago, and I vowed never to watch it again.

Not only because it left me depressed for a week, but also because the demon that is constantly invoked in the movie is an ACTUAL demon that exists - story for another day.

Now looking back however, I realise that there's a lot to be learnt about toxic family lines and how generational curses function from this film. Fact is, dark lineages never truly change their MO. And if you're fortunate enough to escape a dark and dysfunctional family environment, for your own sake it is better to just stay gone.

You can cleanse and hlambulula idlozi or a spirit as much as you like. But if the change doesn't occur at a soul level, that spirit will never ascend. You can't force a spirit to grow and evolve because growth is a choice. The spirit needs to choose evolution at a soul level. Your best bet is to cut ties and move on.
