Do you ever feel like you don't know how to help your kids when they're a little congested? I used to feel that way... and now there are SO many natural tools available to me that I feel totally empowered to help my family. I would love to help you too!

Supporting kids with sinus congestion can be a tricky one and that's why I love this simple hack. Warm water, a face cloth and 1 drop of dōTERRA Lemon is all you need.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍋Wet a face cloth with warm water (not hot).⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍋Fold it in half and then half again.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍋Put ONE drop of Lemon on the side furthest from the face.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍋Let your little one hold the non-oiled side over their nose and mouth. Encourage them to take deep breaths.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍋You can continue this until the cloth is cold. You can then rinse it in warm water again... no need to add more Lemon. These oils are powerful😍

Lemon is a great and gentle alternative to harsher oils like Eucalyptus or Peppermint which should not go near a child's face. With it's incredibly high levels of d-limonene, Lemon essential oil helps with alleviating mucous plus it has wonderful immune boosting properties.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Do you or someone you know suffer with arthritis or joint pain? It is National Arthritis week and so I thought I should share some incredible natural options to support pain and healing.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This arthritis protocol is excellent! It decreases the inflammatory response within the joint tissues. Stick with this for 6 months and then continue as needed.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Apply a drop of Frankincense and Copaiba diluted with Fractionated Coconut Oil to the affected area 3 x a day and massage it in. 💡 TIP: make a roller bottle blend with 10 drops each of Frankincense and Copaiba and fill with FCO. This makes it super easy for you to apply the oils.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I have received a LOT of questions about CBD oil recently with it being legal in SA and if dōTERRA will launch a CBD oil.

In short... No. There are regulatory and purity concerns around CBD. Also, the manner in which it works in the body is still not fully understood by science. However, the action of Copaiba is 100% understood and so are the phenomenal effects of the essential oil. dōTERRA will not sell anything that is not fully backed by science and 100% pure.

Dr Hill, one of the founding members of dōTERRA said "CBD oil has some challenges that remain for us. We are not providing this for you. We will not go against our own standards. We are about Copaiba."
