We gather as sacred community to honour life, awaken joy and celebrate the transformative power of connection.

Like the Phoenix rising from the ashes, we come together to rejoice in renewal, gratitude and the beauty of being fully alive.

Our gathering will include:

- Opening Circle & Intention Setting
- A sacramental micro-dose of entheogenic plant medicine
- A 4-hour Sacred Movement Journey
- Community Connection & Reflection
- A Bring-and-Share Feast

We experienced a Powerful afternoon of healing and discovery at our Community Sweat Lodge yesterday.
The sweat brought Magick with Purity, Wisdom Spontaneity and Transformation at its core.
Thank you to the Sacred Humans that were present and those that were present energetically, claiming more of our autonomy and authenticity.
I feel hugely Blessed to be doing this work

Come and celebrate for our Inaugural Sweat Lodge at the Lighthouse Sanctuary.

Sweat your prayers in the tradition of the Twisted Hairs of Turtle Island.

Prayers for Self, Life and Others.
Guided by Silver Thunderbird.

The sweat includes
Calling in of the -Directions, Elements, Powers and Ancestors.
Grandmother's for holding and truth.
Grandfather's for protection and strength.

Four rounds to Surrender to healing,
Release and let go of resistance with the Heat of the Rock Children,
Prayers to forgive self first and others,
Recalibrate and find your inner power and strength with humility and autonomy.

Gather at 2pm for circle
Sweat at 3pm
Followed by a gathering circle for integration, and share feast in community.

R450 per person and bring a plate of food for the feast.
