The Experience

New rounds every 30 minutes from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Steam
Our sauna is truly one of a kind — and we mean that literally.
Designed by a progressive sauna enthusiast and craftsman in Russia, this 16-seater red tent geodome is believed to be the only structure of its shape and kind in South Africa. Beautiful as it is functional — a space that feels ceremonial without being prescriptive, warm without being overwhelming.
The accessible, socially vibrant cousin of a sweat lodge — all the magic, none of the intensity.
