Today Did 30 Minutes Cycling at Fat Burn Setting and 20 Minutes of Eliptical Trainer in Gym. Was a Good Cardio Session Really Broke a Sweat. Took a 3km Walk During Lunch and Got Some Ice Cream. Overall my Productivity Has Bounced Back After My Recent Weeks of Being Inconsistent 🫢🏽

One Thing I Struggling With Has Been Consistency. I Even Went to Gym Twice Today . I Weighed myself and The Plus Side is More or Less The Weight I Was When I Last Weighed Myself. But I Will Have to Accept That My Personal Reasons Kept Me Away From Being More Consistent. The Aim Was 95kg by June But Obviously That Won't Happen. But We'll Keep at it , My New Reality Is a Bit of a Tough Adjustment But It Will Workout Once I Adjust 🫢🏽

Hello Everyone, I Have a Scale at Home That I Avoid by All Means But I Did Myself Last Tuesday as Tradition and This Was My New Weight. But I Won't Count it Since I Was Naked When Weighing Myself. The One from Next Tuesday Will be The One I'll Consider as My Accurate not to Rob Myself. This Week I Wanna Run/Elevated Walk 6ks for 5 Days in a Row for 30km Come Friday. The 10 Days I Lost Are a Lot But I Need Two Weeks To Recover To How I Was . Happy Tuesday Everyone, The Crucial Days Are Here 🫢🏽
