THE WINNER OF THE SUPPLEMENT HUB & BTB 12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE IS…

Our aim with this challenge was never just about fat loss or muscle building.
It was about creating a mindset shift toward health, fitness, discipline, and becoming better in every aspect of life.

Christo proved what can happen in just 12 weeks when someone commits fully to the process.

He showed that a person can change not only their body, but also their mindset toward the importance of being a stronger husband, father, and businessman — and how health and fitness positively influence every one of those roles.

We are incredibly proud of every contestant who stepped up and accepted this challenge. Every single one of you worked hard, sacrificed, and pushed yourselves beyond comfort.

But this is not the end.

Do not stop now.
This journey is not about a 12-week finish line.
It is about a lifetime commitment to becoming a healthier, stronger, more capable human being and refusing to waste your potential.

Thank you to everyone who took part.

We are already looking forward to the next challenge happening in Spring (September) as we finish 2026 stronger, fitter, and healthier together.

Anyone can start when they feel inspired.
Very few keep going when it gets uncomfortable, inconvenient, and real.

This is the moment that decides everything.

Menopause, Estrogen & Inflammation...Let’s Clear the Noise

During menopause, estrogen levels drop. Estrogen has a protective, anti-inflammatory role in the body, so when it declines, baseline inflammation can rise. That’s real physiology.

But here’s the part most people miss
Menopause doesn’t cause inflammation on its own. It just makes you less protected against inflammatory stress.

The real drivers of inflammation are still the same:
Ultra-processed foods
Excess sugar & refined carbs
Poor sleep
Chronic stress
Alcohol
Sedentary lifestyle
Overtraining and under-recovering

Now the hard truth
Trying to “supplement away” inflammation while still doing inflammatory things is stupid.

Omega-3 is a perfect example:

Omega-3s don’t magically cancel a bad diet
They’re not useful if there’s no meaningful inflammation to regulate And they’re useless if your daily inputs are constantly inflammatory
