🏎️A Race That Made a Difference🏎️
Sometimes, a day of fun in August, a few laps around a track, and many generous hearts can reach children thousands of kilometres away.
We are incredibly grateful to the Fischer brothers, who organised the 🏎️ Fischer Grandprix 2026 in Germany to raise funds for the children of Baby Therapy Centre in Pretoria, South Africa.
What began as a go-kart race became something much more meaningful: a collective effort to give children with special needs access to the therapy and support they need to grow, develop and become more independent.
Thanks to the generosity of the Fischer brothers and everyone who took part in the race, Baby Therapy Centre has received an incredible €2,016 donation.
This gift will go towards our ☀️Solar Project, bringing us one step closer to a Centre powered by reliable, sustainable energy - and, most importantly, helping us keep our hydrotherapy pool warm and available throughout the year.
For the children we support, hydrotherapy is not simply about being in a pool. It can help them develop strength, movement, balance and coordination, while giving them an opportunity to experience abilities they may struggle to find on land.
Your laps around a track in Germany will help create moments of progress for children in South Africa.
