We’ve had a serious case of **WAFFLE MANIA** in our house this week! 🧇😂💚

It started with Eeatz waffles for **Luke’s classroom**, then **Lexi’s classroom**… and by Saturday morning, Mom was still going. And Oops we did Waffle'd it AGAIN on Tues am for breakie! 🤭

We’ve made them as traditional waffles, popped the mix into our little doughnut maker, eaten them plain, drizzled them with honey 🍯 — and they make the easiest little grab-and-go snack.

And remember… waffles don’t have to be sweet! 👀
We added a little savory bite to it as well - Mince on a waffle.
