🤍 1. Anchor Your Awareness: Find a quiet space. Place both hands gently over your lower abdomen, just below your belly button. Close your eyes and soften your shoulders.
💨 2. Breathe Low: Inhale deeply, sending your breath all the way down into your pelvis. Let your belly fully expand, and let it completely soften as you exhale.
🎙️ 3. Speak & Listen: Speak directly to your center, either silently or aloud.
