Spice up your life with a daily dose of turmeric goodness 🌟

What I used:-

3x Golden Apples
2x Oranges
1/2 Lemon
Ginger (it was probably about 10g)
Pinch of Black Pepper
A little bit of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
10ml Raw Honey
5ml Turmeric

Juice all of them together and you’ll get 8x 50ml Wellness shots… to last you a week!!

The video is horrible 😭, I hid the entire process due to my angle… well it was my 1st attempt, will take a better vid next Sunday 😜
