So what is it?
It's a phototherapy patch. Nothing goes into your body — no drug, no chemical, nothing absorbed through the skin. It reflects light back at the body. That's the entire technology, and it's a lot less mysterious than most posts about it make out.
I wear one daily. I like it, it's part of my routine.
What I will say: the basics come first. Sleep, water, movement, food. This sits on top of that, never instead of it.

I sell wellness products for a living.
So here are five things I'd tell you not to spend money on:
Detox teas and cleanses. You have a liver. It works.
Alkaline water. Your blood pH doesn't negotiate with beverages.
R600 greens powders. Fine if you'll truly never eat vegetables — just know you're buying convenience, not superiority.
Mega-dose vitamin C. Water-soluble. Past a low ceiling you're funding expensive urine.
Anything sold "at a cellular level." My own industry's favourite phrase. Ask which cells, doing what, measured how. Watch what happens.
I'd rather you trust me than buy from me. Both, ideally — but in that order.
What's the most expensive wellness thing you've bought that did nothing? I'll go first: mine cost R900. 🙃
