This winter, give yourself permission to slow down, soften, release stress, and reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive small-group environment.

Many women are living in survival mode — emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected from their bodies, and carrying stress they were never taught how to release.

This 4-week TRE journey is designed to gently support nervous system regulation, emotional release, grounding, rest, and reconnection through guided weekly group sessions.

With only 4 women per group, the space remains intimate, supportive, calming, and deeply personal.



WHAT IS TRE?

TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a gentle body-based practice that activates the body’s natural tremoring response to help release deep muscular tension, stress, and nervous system overload.

TRE may help with:

* Stress and overwhelm
* Anxiety and burnout
* Emotional tension
* Sleep difficulties
* Chronic body tightness
* Feeling disconnected or stuck
* Nervous system dysregulation
* Fatigue and exhaustion



WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE

WEEK 1 — SAFETY & GROUNDING

“Learning to Feel Safe in My Body”

Includes:

* Nervous system education
* Gentle grounding exercises
* Introduction to TRE
* Guided TRE session
* Breathwork and integration
* Home support practices



WEEK 2 — STRESS RELEASE & REGULATION

“Letting Go of Survival Mode”

Includes:

* Understanding fight, flight, freeze & fawn
* Guided TRE practice
* Stress regulation tools
* Grounding techniques
* Supportive weekly practices



WEEK 3 — EMOTIONAL RELEASE & RECONNECTION

“Coming Home to Myself”

Includes:

* Emotional awareness and body connection
* Guided TRE session
* Self-compassion and nervous system support
* Reflection and integration practices



WEEK 4 — INTEGRATION & EMPOWERMENT

“Creating a New Way Forward”

Includes:

* Tailored TRE practice
* Integration and reflection
* Personal nervous system care guidance
* Gentle self-regulation tools moving forward

Myth: “TRE is only for people with major trauma.”

Fact:

TRE can be used for everyday stress, tension, burnout, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, poor sleep, and physical tightness — not only severe trauma. Many people use it simply for nervous system regulation and relaxation.

Why commit to 6–8 TRE® sessions?

Because your nervous system isn’t a quick fix — it’s a relationship.

TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) works by gently activating the body’s natural tremor response to release stored stress, tension, and trauma. But true, lasting change happens through consistency, safety, and integration.

✨ Session 1–2:
We build safety. You learn how to allow and stop the tremors, staying in control of your body.

✨ Session 3–4:
Your body begins to trust the process. Patterns of tension start to shift, and you may notice subtle changes in sleep, mood, or reactivity.

✨ Session 5–6:
Deeper layers can safely emerge. The body starts unwinding long-held stress patterns — not by force, but by readiness.

✨ Session 7–8:
Integration and self-regulation. You become more connected, more resilient, and better able to support yourself between sessions.

It’s about creating the conditions for your body to let go — at its own pace.
