Away from the responsibilities, the rushing, the buzz and all the roles you carry every day.

This is what I love about my Inner Bloom Ladies Retreat:
Women arrive from different places, different stages of life and with completely different stories. For one weekend, we put all of that aside and create space to simply be.

To rest.
To breathe.
To reflect.
To let go.
To laugh.
To connect with other women.

And, somewhere in between it all, to reconnect with yourself.

You don't need to be going through a crisis.
You don't need to have everything figured out.
You may simply need some time for you.

Can we just take a moment and admire this remarkable woman who won the Comrades Marathon again?!

What an incredible achievement by Gerda Steyn! She continues to show us what is possible when talent, discipline, consistency, and relentless hard work come together.

She makes us all believe that dreams can come true if you're willing to work for them, stay committed to the process, and keep showing up, even on the days when nobody is watching.

Known as the Smiling Assassin of ultra road running, Gerda has become a symbol of excellence, humility, and perseverance.

Despite dominating one of the toughest races in the world, she remains approachable, friendly, and inspiring to so many runners across South Africa and beyond.

Today isn't just about another victory. It's about the thousands of early mornings, the sacrifices, the setbacks, and the unwavering belief that greatness is built one step at a time.

Congratulations, Gerda!!! Thank you for reminding us that extraordinary things are possible when passion meets purpose. 🏃‍♀️🏆
