I give thanks to God of Ancestors, my God for being the chosen one and the person that I am, I thank my higher being, the God and gods within me.
As I look back from where I started and where I am today I'm humbled and left with no words to can express the gratitude and love I received and still recieving from the ones that came and lived before me.
I am a proud other of 4 amazing boys, a wife to my husband, my mothers daughter, a healer to the souls and spirit that needs healing, and Advocate for the helpless people that needs justice, and I am all of that because of my Ancestors who gives me the wisdom, strength and courage to carry all that I do with honesty, faithfulness and the fulfillment that comes with every hat that I'm wearing and seeing those get healed through me, I'm truly grateful and humbled.

Happy birthday to me as I embrace my life and new beginnings of this year and journey that embarking, I pray for wisdom, strength, love and faith through it all.

Sometimes we think that life without challenges is fun but actually is not because you would have never realized your strength, capabilities and your resilience,so let's appreciate everyone who tries to challenge our ideas,our dreams and everything we stand for, difficult times are there to build you so please don't lose focus and give up on yourself and your dreams. Commitment is not a feeling but an everyday decision that you will put in the required work , commitment means you have to show up even when you don't feel like showing up,it excludes your emotions, you will never get to see what you are capable of if you are not ready and willing to commit to what you are doing. As we start this new week just remember that you matter and be truthful to yourself ,clear your mind from all negativity and just take in each moment at a time , commit to being faithful and truthful to yourself. When you are faced with challenges never allow any situations or circumstances to get the better of you,stand tall with boldness, courage but yet humbled and gentleness to strive through it all. Always remember that tough times are not there to stay but to remind the inner person who is with you and working through and in you. Life can be challenging but life without challenges means there is no growth.
