Another successful tea and talk session le majita.

After learning the smart principle in goal setting, we had to write down our short and long term goals for 2024.

The highlight of today is when we were supposed to write down our goals, one guy said he couldnt write, and you know what happened? Majita were like "sa wara, we will help you" and indeed they showed him to write and he did it!

This is the kind of support that we need as men, we need men who will quickly jump to the opportunity of helping a fellow brother without speaking ill about them, and without laughing at them.

Im proud to be in a circle of men with positive masculinity, men who acknowledge vulnerability and are willing to work on it.

Had a Tea & Talk session le mauthi ko kasi.

Just an hour of non-judgemental safe space where the gents are able to vent and get all sorts of support from one another.

The theme for January is "Goal Setting" and i was glad when one of the gents said "this is the year we get up and hustle because you cant do the same thing over and over and expect change"

We will be doing this every saturday until we grow a community of financially, emotionally and psychologically stable young men!

These tires will be used in a skills development programme in an attempt to keep our young men busy and off the streets as well as equipping them with skills that will put food on their tables.

June is men's mental health month.

On Saturday i will be hosting 100 young men to address this. Please type in the comments a few words sentence giving advice, encouragement, affirmation or even showing love to young men, i will print your comments out and give those young men. Who knows, we might save a dying soul♥️
