For many teens, students and young adults, subject choices, study options and career direction can feel overwhelming. There are so many possibilities, so much pressure, and often a lot of fear around making the “wrong” decision.

Career Coaching offers calm, practical support to help students explore their strengths, interests, options and next steps with more clarity and confidence.

There’s a big difference between having lots of ideas… and having a clear direction.

In Episode 10 of The Stresses and Successes of a Solopreneur, I share how creating my first proper business strategy plan completely changed the way I approached my business.

What followed was a complete website rebrand, the creation of a new online course, and the birth of a much bigger vision than I ever expected.

One of the biggest lessons?

I stopped trying to do everything at once and started focusing on one big thing at a time.

It sounds simple, but it changed everything.

A little celebration today!

I recently completed The Modern Career Coach Program through Diversity for Performance, and it has been such a valuable step in strengthening the career coaching support I offer through EmpowerMe Coaching SA.

This fits beautifully into the bigger ecosystem I am building around subject choice, career direction, time mastery, resilience and future-readiness for teens, students and families.

Grateful for the learning, the growth and the practical tools I can now bring into my coaching space even more intentionally.

Wow… one of the most interesting things about launching Time Mastery Foundations – University Edition has been realising just how universal the feeling of overwhelm really is.

I’ve had so many adults messaging me saying things like:
“I need this too.”
“I constantly feel behind.”
“Why wasn’t I taught this years ago?”

And honestly… it’s got me thinking.

Maybe this isn’t just a student problem.
Maybe it’s a human problem.

I’m seriously considering creating an Adult Edition focused on helping busy, overwhelmed humans feel more in control of their time, energy and mental load again.

So I’m curious…

Some students aren’t lazy.

They’re overloaded.

Their brains never fully switch off.
Everything feels unfinished.
There’s constant pressure, low energy, and this feeling of always being behind.

And eventually they start believing something is wrong with them.

That’s one of the biggest reasons I created Time Mastery Foundations.

Not to help students “do more”.
But to help them build structure, reduce overwhelm, and feel more in control of their lives again.

Small changes.
Simple systems.
Real progress.

It’s live!

After months of building, refining, rethinking, and doing it all step by step…
my Time Mastery Foundations – University Edition course is officially out in the world.

This one feels really special to me.

It was created for students who are overwhelmed, constantly feel behind, and don’t quite know how to structure their time in a way that actually works.

Not by adding more to their plate…
but by helping them feel more in control of what’s already there.

I’m really proud of how this came together, and even more hopeful about the students it will support.

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately…
but not disconnected.

Just focused.

This year, I’ve been trying something new for me…
slowing things down slightly and building things properly.

No rushing.
No late-night burnout.
No trying to do everything at once.

Just small steps. Done consistently.

And honestly… it’s changed the way I work completely.

Instead of feeling like I need to push harder all the time,
I’ve been focusing on clarity, structure, and doing one thing well at a time.

It’s been uncomfortable at moments…
but also really grounding.

And this week, something I’ve been building behind the scenes is finally ready.

I’ll share more tomorrow… but for now I just wanted to say hi again 🤍
