When fear has lost its grip — because you feel you have nothing left to lose.

When you are lingering in the numbness of your reality, when everything seems dark and there appears to be no way out of your circumstances.

When you realise that even death or doom no longer has a grip on you, because you simply cannot care anymore.

Too many *what-ifs*.
Too many lost opportunities.
Too many steps never taken.

And then, suddenly, you feel alive.

More alive than ever before.

Because there is no longer anything left to fear. Nothing can scare you. Nothing has the power to hurt you more.

You walk through hell as if you own it.

Simply exist.
Simply move.
Simply **be you.**

And then you realise:

**Being alive — being conscious, breathing, feeling — is the blessing you were searching for all along.**

Not money.
Not things.
Not possessions.

Just **being your fullest, highest self.**

Content with yourself.

I think **that is power.**

That is **RECLAMATION.**

When you feel and understand each sacred breath.

No judgement.
No condemnation.

Just:

**I am still here.
I am still alive.**

My life thread is strong.

And the realisation of that is profound.

**SO LIBERATING.**
