You’ve just had your nails done — now here’s how to keep them looking beautiful, strong and fresh for as long as possible. 🥰

✨ Treat your nails gently, especially during the first 24 hours.
✨ Use your fingertips, not your nails, when opening cans, boxes or lids.
✨ Wear gloves when washing dishes or working with cleaning products. 🧤
✨ Keep your hands and cuticles moisturised with cuticle oil or a nourishing hand cream.
✨ Keep your nails clean and dry.
✨ Book your next appointment before your current set grows out too far.

🚫 DON’T:
❌ Don’t use your nails as tools to scratch, pry or open things.
❌ Don’t pick, peel or bite your gel, tips or overlay if they start lifting.
❌ Don’t pull off a nail that has lifted — this can damage your natural nail.
❌ Avoid prolonged soaking in hot water.
❌ Don’t cut or aggressively push your cuticles yourself.
❌ If you notice lifting, cracking or damage, please contact me rather than trying to fix it yourself.
