Mission is the overflow of our delight in God because mission is the overflow of God's delight in being God. God isn't looking for people of great faith, but for individuals ready to follow Him. Discipulus Natio Missionaries is about spreading the word of the kingdom of God to the world, as God was the first ever Missionary when in Genesis 3:8 he went out in search of two sinners who had rebelled
against Him in order to bring them back into fellowship with Him. Therefore go and make discipulus of all natio, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age, Matthew 28:19-20. Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. then he said to his discipulus, "the harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field."
