SOURDOUGH Wheat

Using up discard in the most delicious way!😋

Now the blend of lentils and rice to make the traditional Dosa is perfection💯 and I wouldmy want to alter that in anyway.... however when you want that crispy, light, melt in the mouth texture of Dosa without soaking and grinding lentils and rice, these sourdough wheat dosa's are great!🎊🎉

Recipe:

3 cups Poolish or discard
11/2 cup
1/2tsp baking soda
Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients and on medium heat spread a thin layer onto your lightly greased pan. Let sit for 2-3 minutes until crispy.

The longer it sits, the crisper it gets... enjoy with whatever filling you love! Me? I'm thinking curried potatoes or lentils!
