For your child:
 Baby bottle / juice bottle and / or pacifier or special sippy cup
 Sealed tin of formula milk, if needed
 Nappies
 Toiletries for your child, such as wipes, cream, shampoo, soap, washcloth
 Comfortable clothing
 Toys, teddy bear and blanket – will help with soothing
 Favourite snack / drinks
 Any regular medication – in original packaging

For you:
