Finding the right caregiver is about more than finding someone who is available — it is about finding someone you can trust with the care, dignity and wellbeing of your loved one.

At Esanju Integrative Wellness, we are building a carefully screened database of professional caregivers to support families requiring disability care, elderly care, companionship, personal care and assistance with daily living.

Our process includes collecting and reviewing CVs, relevant qualifications and certifications, references and supporting documentation. We conduct an initial interview and vetting process before a caregiver is considered for placement.

Only candidates who satisfactorily complete our initial screening process are presented to families for further interviews and consideration.

The final decision remains with the family — because we believe you should have the opportunity to meet, interview and feel comfortable with the person who will be caring for your loved one.

I started Esanju Integrative Wellness because I needed it myself.
My daughter was born with cerebral palsy in 2002. For years, I struggled to find reliable, affordable respite care. I was exhausted. I felt guilty for needing a break. I wished someone understood.
So I became that someone.

Esanju offers two things:

Virtual emotional wellness (therapy, coaching, support groups) for adults – especially caregivers

In-person respite care for special needs children and young adults in Gauteng
You don't need a formal diagnosis. You don't need to be at breaking point. You just need to be ready for support.
We are small, personal, and built on lived experience.
