Note tomorrow, 22 August 2026, the surgery will be CLOSED. We are open again Monday 24 August 2026. The Drips are still on special, I must say a lot of our Skin Glow patients are looking amazing, there skins are so soft, brighter, no pimples or blemishes.

Menopause- described as a woman who’s reached her end of reproductive capacity, seen by a significant drop in estrogen and progesterone, the main hormones that regulate a female menstrual cycle. That’s why such females will go on for 6-12 months without seeing their periods.

They are usually between ages 45-52, average being 51 that I see a lot. It comes with a lot of different symptoms which can really make life unpleasant such as the following on the picture.

We encourage coming and doing it as soon as you have decided because the older the pregnancy gets the more painful it will be, more bleeding, more complications, also the failure rates are higher with older pregnancies.

Do not feel ashamed, it is handled with care and strict confidentiality. You don’t even have to tell the receptionist why you’re there, unless you’re comfortable.

I advise medical termination as opposed to those back door ones with pamphlets all over time, you will die if you’re given the wrong pills at the wrong gestation by an unqualified person who is cheaper but doesn’t even know how to manage complications of a TOP. It costs a lot to raise a child, so rather the your big cost be the safe procedure a the hands of a doctor than Egube, around the corner.

If you or someone you love have diabetes, they tend to eventually develop loss of feeling on their feet and beneath. Then they stop on a piece of broken glass on the street and they feel nothing, meanwhile that dirty bottle with bacteria is busy causing an ulcer and a bone infection. And because diabetes also blocks blood blow to their legs ‘hence they always complain of cold feet and legs’ it’s because this. Now these foot ulcers take time to heal 6-8 weeks with proper care, remember we need to treat the infection, improve circulating and control their sugar levels, cholesterol and high blood pressure.

This is preventable, it doesn’t have to get to this. Please take a look at their feet every so often!
