perfectionism isn't a standard, it's a neurological barrier preventing you from connecting to the universe, neuroscientists found that during deep states of connection, activity in the parietal lobes quiets down, this is the part of your brain that orients you in space and creates the boundary
when this area is active, you feel separate, you feel like a distinct self that needs to be defended, improved, and perfected, this is where the inner critic lives, when you are in a state of perfectionism, your parietal lobe is hyperactive, but when you enter a state of allowance it goes quiet
in allowance, you know 'i am good enough', the boundary dissolves, you stop being a separate self, and you merge with the flow of life, perfectionism is literally a perceived block in your crown chakra, by the way, all blocks are just perceptions, none of them actually exist, it is the refusal
to dissolve into the oneness that you are because you are too busy judging the self, you can quiet this part of your brain manually and expand your senses, instead of focusing narrowly on a task or a flaw, widen your awareness, look at the furthest point in the room and soften your eyes
feel the air touching your skin, where does the air and you begin, then whisper, 'i'm not the performance, i am the presence,' feel the edges of yourself fully soften and feel that relief, that is your crown chakra opening, you don't need to be perfect, you just need to be present, ready to go deeper
if you're ready to fully dissolve the blocks that you perceive you have in your chakras, come and join the event for cycle breakers that we have this week, the link is up in my bio if you'd like to grab your seat
