Something exciting is happening behind the doors of our new fermentary…
Our fermentation rooms are filling up fast.
Jar by jar, batch by batch, fresh vegetables are being transformed into living, flavour-packed ferments. The shelves are filling with krauts, kimchi, kombucha, vegan cheezes and all the slow-crafted goodness that makes Feast of Eden what it is.
There’s something deeply satisfying about watching a fermentary come to life. Not with noise or hurry, but with patience, microbes, and time doing what they do best.
The new home is starting to feel wonderfully alive.
The future is looking tangy.
