At first, all you notice is the power. 🐋💥
A mother humpback lies on her back and repeatedly brings her enormous tail down against the ocean, throwing water high into the air.
Then you notice her baby playing around her—and the whole scene changes.
This isn’t only a display of strength. It’s a beautiful, playful moment between a mother and her calf, completely at home in their wild ocean playground. 🌊
Mum provides the thunder. Baby brings the joy.
Who could watch them all day?
