AFFILIATION CERTIFICATE RENEWAL NOTICE

The Zambia Council for health assistants (ZCHA) reminds all affiliate institutions that renewal of affiliation certificates is mandatory to maintain active status.

RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Submit updated institutional information and documents
- Pay annual affiliation fees
- Meet CAZ's standards and criteria

CONSEQUENCES OF NON-RENEWAL:

- Suspension of affiliation status
- Loss of access to ZCHA benefits and services
- Exclusion from ZCHA events and training opportunities
- Potential impact on institutional accreditation and student certification

DEADLINE: Ensure renewal by 30th November ,2025 Deadline to avoid disruptions.

RENEWAL OF AFFILIATION CERTIFICATES, PRACTICING CERTIFICATES, AND MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATES

To all Institutions Affiliated with ZCHA and Registered Practitioners,

This serves as a reminder that all affiliation certificates with the Zambia Council for Health Assistants (ZCHA) are due for renewal. Institutions are required to renew their certificates to maintain affiliation status.

Failure to comply will result in revocation of affiliation status, impacting your institution's ability to operate and train students in health assistant programs.

Additionally, ZCHA will conduct inspections to assess compliance with our standards of professionalism and training quality. This is to ensure that institutions under our affiliation provide quality training to students.

We will be visiting institutions to evaluate:

- Curriculum and training programs
- Faculty qualifications and expertise
- Facilities and resources
- Student support services

All registered practitioners are also reminded to renew their practicing certificates and membership certificates with ZCHA. This is a requirement for continued practice as a health assistant in Zambia.
